San Diego, Calif. - June 1, 2015 - Santier, a leading custom electronic packaging manufacturer, today announced it has named Kouren Jouldjian as Manager of Quality Assurance.

Kevin Cotner, President and CEO of Santier announced today "We are delighted to welcome the addition of Kouren Jouldjian to our professional staff. His past experiences and capabilities mesh well with Santier and will support our long term growth objectives." Mr. Jouldjian joins as Santier's Quality Assurance Manager with over 15 years of experience in the field of quality assurance, process engineering, production and program management.

Kouren has previously worked in electronics packaging at Kyocera and Plansee. Kouren gained extensive experience with HTCC packaging and plating with a series of management progressions starting with quality assurance culminating with business unit management. "The microelectronics business is rapidly changing and our ability to meet our customer's needs and expectations is very important!" This is where Kouren sees the fundamental challenge of his new position.
